The End of the Story

“Every great love starts with a great story...”

Nicholas Sparks - Author

Yesterday as I finished writing Renoirs in the Waiting Room, my frame shop called me to tell me my new picture was ready.  I had purchased a Ravensburger jigsaw puzzle from the Missouri Botanical Gardens Gift Shop, fit it together and then glued it.  I then took my Renoir print of Two Sisters on a Terrace with its frame to the shop and asked them to replace the Renoir print with my jigsaw puzzle in new matting
.
The jigsaw puzzle is beautiful!  It depicts a blue birdhouse set in branches surrounded by birds, butterflies and bees.  The puzzle is edged with blue and white matting in a dark wood frame.    I know now I have not yet completed my journey, but I am no longer waiting.   Like the bird that flies between Earth and Heaven and a butterfly that has metamorphosed, I am free to follow the path as God wills it.

So much of our life is spent waiting instead of living in accordance with the gifts God has granted us or limiting others from achieving their soul’s purpose.   Each moment of life is precious and when we love God and others as he intended, as Jesus told us, with God all things are possible.  If only we believe.
